Palm-free grade from Cosphatec

Cosphatec has added Cosphaderm LA-T palm free (INCI: Levulinic Acid, Glycerin, Sodium Levulinate, Aqua) to its portfolio. The glycerine used in this is derived from rapeseed oil, which can be grown in in temperate climate zones.

Grapeseed oil from Olvea

Olvea is offering a new grapeseed oil, upcycled from by-products of wine-making for skin and hair care formulations. The product which contains the seeds from which the oil is then extracted, is highly abundant but is usually discarded.
