German chemicals outfit CHT will present three of latest product innovations at the Making Cosmetics trade show in Milan on 23-24 November.
The products on show at the Allianz MiCo include CHT-BeauSil GEL 8187 EM, which is a silicone crosspolymer that results in a pleasant, smooth skin feel in a very short time.
This emulsion can be added to the water, oil, and silicone phase as desired and can be processed both cold and hot. CHT says it is an ideal raw material for the formulation of face masks.
Also being showcased is CHT-BeauSil GEL 8015, a matte silicone crosspolymer that imparts a silky, cushiony skin feel, masks wrinkles and supports moisturizing. CHT says the product is the perfect base for all make-ups, day, and night creams as well as lip gloss and sun care.
Finally, CHT-BeauSil RE-AMO 919 EM is a sugar-modified silicone that consists of more than 94% recycled monomers and yet offers the same product quality as classically produced silicones.
In hair care products, CHT claims, it leads to an improved combing behaviour as well as smoothness and gloss in the hair.
Over 130 national and international ingredient suppliers will gather at Making Cosmetics this month covering the entire cosmetics and nutraceuticals supply chain.
