The Society of Cosmetic Scientists (Singapore) has released details of its event programme for the second half of 2011. On Tuesday 5 July there will be an online workshop entitled “Exporting to Australia” which is free of charge.
Conducted by the Institute of Personal Care Science, Adelaide, Australia, the workshop is designed for members who are interested in exporting personal care products to Australia. The workshop is suitable for R&D, regulatory and marketing staff involved in concept and claim development (labelling) and senior company managers. On Monday 8 August, Ms Christina He from Lubrizol will conduct a discussion on how rheology tests are used to predict the fluid behaviour of personal care products. Following the success of the SCSS inaugural Suppliers Day in 2010 and following requests from both suppliers and delegates the SCSS have also announced and invited participation for their second Suppliers Day to be held on Friday 2 September 2011.
