Personal care ingredient company Gattefossé has inaugurated a technical centre and office space in Mumbai, India.
The facilities bring together the French cosmetic active maker’s pharmaceutical and personal care application laboratories.
The mission of the technical centre is to support local customers and generate innovative applications for Gattefossé excipients based on an informed perception of Indian, regional, and global needs that would act as a valuable resource to the industry.
For personal care, the laboratory develops cosmetic products and specific formulas for skin care, hair care, sun care, and colour cosmetics to meet local needs and trends.
The facilities are designed to foster innovation, encourage collaboration, and provide a productive work environment, thereby contributing to advancing science for wellbeing.
Various workshops, lipid schools, texture showcase and seminars are organized by Gattefossé experts to share knowledge.
