Unipex Solutions France, a subsidiary since May 2022 of Dutch distributor Barentz, has been renamed Barentz France with immediate effect.
The name change symbolizes the complete integration of Unipex within Barentz and strengthening its presence in France.
Barentz France is headquartered in La Défense in Paris, with a new address in the Tour Egée.
The company will maintain and develop its activities at sites in Tours, Nanterre and Angers, thus reinforcing its territorial coverage.
“This move enables Barentz France SAS to benefit from the strength of a global group while maintaining a strong local presence,” said a spokeswoman.
“Customers of Barentz France can expect continuity in service excellence. The teams they know well will remain in place, and will continue to work with unwavering commitment to understanding and responding to the challenges of the industry,” she added.
“The name change in no way alters product quality or raw material flows, but opens the door to an enriched offering thanks to enhanced sourcing capabilities, notably with solid bases in Asia.”
A complete rebranding in the Barentz colours will be launched shortly.
