Retirement after 33 years’ service
After 33 years of service with Lipo Chemicals as senior vice president, Stephen Greenberg PhD has announced he is to retire on 13 July 2012. Dr Greenberg’s long and distinguished career in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries began after obtaining his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Virginia in 1963.

IMCD Group has acquired all shares of Jan Dekker International, a distributor of personal care and food ingredients. Headquartered in Wormerveer, the Netherlands, Jan Dekker has 64 staff and sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, UK and Spain.
