Distributor acquisition
IMCD Group has acquired all shares of Jan Dekker International, a highly reputable distributor of personal care and food ingredients. Headquartered in Wormerveer, the Netherlands, Jan Dekker has 64 staff and sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, UK and Spain. In addition, it runs two laboratories, one in The Netherlands and one in France. The deal is effective immediately.
