Active ingredients company, Unipex, announced that it has acquired Lucas Meyer Cosmetics, a leading supplier of natural cosmetic functional ingredients, delivery systems, and active ingredients.
Lucas Meyer Cosmetics, headquartered in Paris, employs 20 people and is recognised as a leading reference for phospholipids. Over the years, Lucas Meyer Cosmetics has developed natural functional ingredients along with formulation expertise. “This acquisition represents an exciting move forward and will strengthen our position in the industry. We will now have a wider offering of sophisticated and highly innovative products and services for our customers worldwide, widening our portfolio of active ingredients, delivery systems, and natural functional ingredients to name a few.
