Jeroen Bloemhard has been appointed business vice president and global executive director for Dow Corning’s Xiameter brand. Based in Midland, Michigan, he will oversee the operations and expansion of the brand globally.
“I look forward to continuing to advance the brand to serve our customers in the global marketplace,” said Bloemhard. Bloemhard began his career at Dow Corning in 1991 and has a since held a variety of marketing and commercial leadership positions around the globe. He most recently served as director in the company’s procurement organisation and before that as business vice president and executive director of its global electronics industry business unit. “Jeroen’s leadership will be critical to our team as we continue to invest in business model innovation and expand the activities of the Xiameter brand for Dow Corning,” said Shelley Bausch, business vice president of Finished Products. “His multiple assignments in Europe, Asia, and the US have provided a strong base of knowledge of our global industries, which will be a great asset to the business and to the team.”
