Louis M. Pace has joined The HallStar Company as executive vice president, a newly created position. He will report to John Paro, chairman, president & CEO of the specialty chemical company.

Pace will focus on the further development of the company’s international growth strategies, including the ramp up of the recently formed joint venture, HallStar do Brazil. He will also be evaluating opportunities to accelerate the use of HallStar patented technologies throughout the world. Before joining HallStar, Louis M. Pace served as president of the specialty products division of Belden, a world leader in wire and cable. Prior to Belden, he held senior-level, strategic management positions at Sovereign Specialty Chemicals in product development and commercialization, IT and business development, and mergers and acquisitions.
