The Lubrizol Corporation has announced that Rick Tolin has been named global business director, personal care and home care for Noveon Consumer Specialties.
Tolin will lead the sales, product marketing and technical services organisations globally, with primary responsibility for the continued growth of the personal care segment and for the implementation of global strategic plans. Rick joins the team from the Lubrizol Performance Coatings group where he served as sales director for the Americas and Europe. Tolin brings a wealth of commercial and leadership experience with him to the Noveon Consumer Specialties team.
