Lipoid Kosmetik has earned its fifth consecutive EcoVadis platinum rating with improved scores for its 2024 award.
The Swiss company boosted its overall score by strengthening its commitments in the Ethics and Sustainable Procurement categories.
"We are honoured to receive this prestigious recognition from EcoVadis once again," said managing director Dr. Peter Röthlisberger.
"Sustainability is at the heart of our business philosophy, and achieving this milestone reflects our continuous dedication to enhancing sustainable practices and making a positive impact on the environment, society, and our industry,” he added.
EcoVadis evaluates sustainability initiatives across several key areas, including environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
To date, more than 130’000 companies from various industries and countries collaborate with EcoVadis.
Despite this growing number, Lipoid Kosmetik has consistently ranked among the Top 1% of performers since 2016.
