Just a few weeks after receiving the A-rating from the CDP for its action to combat climate change, Silab has once again been praised for its corporate social responsibility, obtaining Gold CSR certification from the EcoVadis rating platform.
With a score of 69/100 in four areas (environment, social and human rights, ethics and responsible supply), Silab is among the top 5% of companies in the EcoVadis rankings for the fourth consecutive year. Xavier Gaillard, deputy general manager for strategy at Silab, said: “This Gold certification is recognition of Silab’s CSR policies and actions, an area in which we have been actively involved for many years. We firmly believe that our performance is fully linked to the social, environmental and societal commitments we carry out every day. This systematic harmonization between actions and values has led to dynamic, yet controlled, economic growth. We are very honored to receive this new award and to share it with all our staff”.
