Strahl & Pitsch Inc, the US-based industrial waxes company, and the Dilco Refining Division of Eastern Mohair Trading Co Inc, which is also based in the US and is a refiner and blender of quality industrial waxes, have announced a merger of their operations.
William DeLuca, president of Strahl & Pitsch, said: “We are delighted to join forces with Dilco Refining. Together we will be better able to satisfy the needs of all our customers with product innovation and excellence. John S Dilsizian, president of Eastern Mohair and Trading Co, will join the senior management team of Strahl & Pitsch. Joining together with Strahl & Pitsch will allow Dilco customers to enjoy the same quality products and service they always have received, but now with the manufacturing strength and broader scope of Strahl & Pitsch.”
Dilco Refining will operate as a division of Strahl & Pitsch. The combined company will be importing, refining and blending the world’s finest beeswax, Carnauba and Candelilla waxes, and other quality wax products, at the Strahl & Pitsch facility.
