The 8th edition of the Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) trade show will take place at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center from 12-14 March 2015. The show is expecting to occupy 23,000 m2 of exhibition space, with 400 exhibitors from 20 different countries and territories
The rise in living standards and gross domestic product (GDP) has led to increasing demands for quality personal care products in emerging markets like Indonesia, Korea, Vietnam, and Thailand. As a result, Asia Pacific is now one of fastest growing cosmetics products in the world, and the region is expected to account for 28% of the global cosmetics and toiletries market as of the end of 2014, according to Euromonitor. At PCHi 2014, seven of the top ten countries represented by visitors were from within Asia Pacific, a further confirmation of the market growth in this region.
PCHi has over the past eight years gained firm recognition as Asia’s largest ingredients-sourcing platform for the personal care, cosmetics, and homecare industry. Product manufacturers from Asia Pacific and beyond looking to gain a foothold in the sector, and to keep up with the volatile demands of the consumer market, will uncover at PCHi a variety of cutting-edge solutions from suppliers worldwide. In addition to providing the industry with a quality platform to source for solutions, RSE also shares its plans to revamp segments of the show for an enhanced overall visitor experience.
