The SCSS (The Society of Cosmetic Scientists Singapore) has announced that judging by the responses to invitations, the 5th SCSS Suppliers Day will be the best event held to date.
Taking place on 18 July 2014 at the Mandarin Orchard Hotel on Orchard Road, the event will be an opportunity to network and learn about the latest ingredients and technology on the market.
