The 45th Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists Annual Conference Organising Committee invites possible presenters to submit expressions of interest to present platform, workshop and poster presentations at the conference.
The conference is to be held from Wednesday 1 May to Saturday 4 May, 2013, at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, 430 Wine Country Dr. Lovedale, New South Wales, 2321, just a short drive north from Sydney in picturesque wine country.
Papers will be accepted in areas relevant to cosmetics, toiletries and therapeutics. Preference will be given to relevant and original work that relates to basic cosmetic technology in ingredients, formulations, techniques and testing.
Abstract:
Please ensure that your abstract is submitted in English and is 100 to 250 words in length. Emailed submissions must use Microsoft Word format (not PowerPoint) and written submissions must be double spaced using Arial font (10 to 12 point).

Preference for Platform or Workshop, Presentation Title, Full details of Author(s), Name of Presenter, Company / Organisation represented, Postal Address, Phone, and Email Address
Note: It must be clearly stated if the presenter is not an author or co-author of the document.

ALL ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 31 December, 2012.
Successful abstracts will be notified by 15 February, 2013
Submission of full written papers will be due by 31 March, 2013.
Presentation:
Platform presentations should take no more than 25 minutes to present plus a further 5 minutes for questions. Workshop presentations may be of 55 or 85 minutes to present plus a further 5 minutes for questions. (Note: PowerPoint presentations cannot be accepted for publication)
To be eligible for the Lester Conrad Award (Best Original Paper) or the Jack Jacobs Award (Best Original Australian Research Paper), full written papers must be submitted by; 12 April 2013.
