UK firm Summit Events has sold its London-based Anti-Ageing Skin Care Conference and Sun Protection Conference to compatriot HPCi Media.
The biennial Sun Protection Conference has been running since 1993, while the Anti-Ageing Skin Care Conference, which also runs in alternate years, launched in 2008.
Summit Events said divesting the Sun and Anti-Ageing conferences will enable it to fully focus on its core portfolio of events supporting human resource professionals.
“Summit Events believes that it has taken these events as far as possible and that they are now poised for the next stage of their growth and development,” said CEO Sue Trousdale.
“I am confident the conferences will flourish under HPCi Media’s ownership, unlocking growth opportunities via the network and knowledge of scientific professionals in the personal care industry.”
“Summit would like to thank all of its customers and partners for their support over the last 30 years.”
The 17th Sun Protection Conference take place on 24-25 June at the Royal College of Physicians, London.
The 10th Anti-Ageing Skin Care Conference will take place at the same venue in June 2026.
