German cosmetic ingredient manufacturer Cosphatec is to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a party in Hamburg on 16 May.
The company is inviting over 200 invited guests to take a look behind the scenes as it marks its journey from its beginnings in a small garage to an international company.
Frank Brauns, founder and CEO, established Cosphatec on 18 February 2005, using his parents’ shed as its base from which to deliver 500-kilogramme consignments in his own car.
In the 20 intervening years, Cosphatec has consistently expanded its global network of customers and partners, which forms the basis for its successful international expansion.
In 2014, the first milestone abroad was set with the founding of Cosphatec Shanghai, followed by a subsidiary in Paris, France in 2023.
A key success factor for Cosphatec is the company's own laboratory, which acts as the centrepiece for quality control and product development.
‘The last 20 years have been an exciting journey - from our beginnings in a small garage to an internationally active company. This development was only possible thanks to the commitment of our great team and the loyalty of our partners,’ said Brauns.
“In the anniversary year, interested parties can look forward to exciting product innovations, trade fair appearances and insights into the day-to-day work of the company,” a spokeswoman added.
“An innovative new product will also be launched at in-cosmetics Global 2025 in Amsterdam”.
