Evonik has launched two natural active ingredients: CapilAcid for hair care and Oleobiota for skin care applications.
CapilAcid is derived from the Maqui fruit, which is a comprehensive protector and powerful antioxidant for the hair.
Oleobiota is sourced sustainably from the Misiones rainforest for sebum-normalizing skin care.
Both products originate from Novachem, which was acquired by Evonik last year and is being integrated into the company’s Care Solutions business.
“Our latest product launches are a testament to our collaborative spirit. Novachem has enabled us to elevate our offerings, and deliver even more unique sustainable solutions to our customers,” said Ute Schick, head of the Care Solutions business line at Evonik.
