Stephenson is showcasing its range of melt & pour, cosmetic, and extruded bases at the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC) Suppliers’ Day trade show on 1-2 May.
The British firm is highlighting some of its latest innovations, including its Syndopal range of extruded Syndet bases for the manufacture of solid bars.
These products were developed to meet both manufacturing and consumer requirements for sustainability and natural labelling positioning.
In addition, the personal care expert will be focusing on Durosoft, its line of naturally derived polyglyceryl esters, and Syndopal Natural MB - cleansing bars in shampoo, body wash, facial cleansers, and intimate care product formats.
The Stephenson team will be in talks with possible distributors to widen its supplier base in the US – currently its biggest market for melt & pour, cosmetics, and liquid base ingredients.
“The cosmetics industry is a hotbed of innovation, attested to by the talented and diverse membership of technical and commercial professionals we see at events such as NYSCC,” said managing director Rob Carr.
“We are looking forward to meeting up with our existing client network in both North and South America, and to forging new relationships with brand owners, manufacturers, and contract manufacturers,” he added.
The Stephenson stand is located at booth 656, where the team will offer visitors insights into the latest personal care trends and have a wide range of samples available.
“We look forward to sharing our knowledge and expertise with all visitors to the show - whether they are looking to reformulate their current product portfolio or considering the move to solid bar formats to meet ever-evolving sustainability requirements,” said Carr.
