SEPAWA has been one of the few major industry events to keep its original dates and continue to hold a physical event.
However, the organisers have just announced that it will be a 'hybrid' event in order to satisfy the needs of visitors unable to travel to the show in Berlin.
The organisers have described the hybrid event as: "A physical event with all the vibes of human life and a simultaneous online event that still gives you the possibility to interact with all participants – onsite or online."
For all onsite participants, the organisation team developed a hygiene concept together with the venue and the local government, which gives visitors and exhibitors of the physical event, a high level of hygiene and safety.
For all those who join online, an easy-to-use tool enables delegates to listen to talks, visit company booths and collect product information, chat with staff on the booth live or send questions, as well as meet with peers in break-out rooms.
