Cargill Beauty has announced three project leaders based at the Cargill Beauty locations in Jersey City, NJ and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mellanie Garner has joined Cargill Beauty as senior scientist Personal Care and is responsible for product safety, and regulatory affairs for both North and South America. Mellanie has a career in the cosmetics industry for over 15 years. Mellanie began her career in Clinical Safety and Toxicology. She then transitioned to Regulatory Affairs in 2013.
Marcelo Belechuk has joined Cargill Beauty as key account manager/product manager Personal Care in Sao Paulo Brazil. Marcelo is responsible for targeted accounts in South America with a primary focus in Brazil. Marcelo in his product management role will be working closely with Cargill Business Units regarding product supply, logistics and pricing to support customer needs in growing our business.
Al Arlecin has joined Cargill Beauty as product manager North America and will be working closely with Cargill Business Units regarding product supply, logistics and pricing to support customer needs in growing our business. Al began his career working primarily in manufacturing and doing bench R&D work for new, natural products. Al then transitioned into a technical marketing role and has since continued his journey to the commercial side of the business.
