Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions has shared new details of show highlights for the next edition of Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi).
From 19 to 21 March 2018, PCHi will return to the Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition and Convention Center (SWEECC) with more than 550 exhibitors showcasing their latest products and technologies.
Into its 11th edition, PCHi has today become a truly global gathering for the personal care and homecare, cosmetics ingredient and packaging industries. PCHi 2018 will open its doors to international exhibitors and visitors from over 58 countries. Attendees can look forward to meeting more than 150 overseas exhibitors across the international exhibitors’ zone and various country pavilions — including France, Germany, India, Japan, South Korea, and the USA — at PCHi 2018.
Peter Liu, project manager at RSE, said, “We’re heartened by the strong support of the global personal care industry and many have shared that PCHi continues to be their preferred platform for networking, learning, and business opportunities in China. It is our commitment to provide a quality international event, so in these months leading up to the 2018 event, we will regularly announce important show updates in order to keep the industry at large up-to-date with all the activities we have lined up for PCHi in Shanghai.”
According to Research & Markets, the global personal care packaging market is expected to be worth US$34.36 billion by 2022. Packaging is a vital and strategic aspect of product marketing, and cosmetics manufacturers are paying more attention to detail in this regard.
To address this demand, RSE introduces the Packaging Innovation Zone at PCHi 2018. Presented in collaboration with international market research firm Mintel, the feature area brings together the key areas of cosmetics packaging — design trends, manufacturing technologies, and material innovation — to meet the specific and varied packaging needs of global cosmetics and personal care product manufacturers at PCHi. Here, visitors can expect to learn more about the latest global packaging trends and technologies.
The PCHi 2018 Conference Program will also cover the topic of Cosmetics Packaging Technology and Trends, where industry professionals can look forward to a fruitful session covering innovations and trends in packaging technology and design.
A mainstay feature of PCHi, the New Technology Sessions (NTS) offers exhibitors an opportunity to share ground-breaking technologies and products with show visitors. PCHi 2018 will offer visitors more than 30 complimentary NTS sessions, where they can learn from and interact with local and international leading exhibitors — including DSM Nutritional Product Asia Pacific, Hallstar, Symrise and more.
