After 12 years of successes, Cosmoprof Asia has grown to be the largest and most comprehensive beauty trade fair in the entire Asia Pacific region.
Last November, the show registered 1,258 exhibitors. There was almost 45,000 m2 of exhibition area, and featured were 36 countries and 17 national and group pavilions. Almost 40,000 visitors from 104 countries and regions attended the show.
From 14 to 16 November 2007, the beauty, business and trends event will be larger than ever, occupying the entire Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre with a new redesigned layout segmented in four macro sectors: Perfumery, Cosmetics and Toiletries/ Professional Beauty Salon, Wellness and Spa/ Professional Hair, Nail and Tools/ Packaging, Raw Materials & Ingredients, Contract Manufacturing and Private Label.
The trade show will be packed by a full range of make-up and hairstyling demonstrations, technical workshops and topical seminars. A dedicated International Buyers Program will be set up to favour international one-to-one meetings with key importers from all over the world.
Cosmoprof Shanghai is the regional extension of Cosmoprof Asia in Hong Kong.
Cosmoprof Shanghai had a successful launch in January 2007: there were 341 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions, and the exhibition area was 20,125 m2. There were nine pavilions with Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Korea, Spain and the United States represented. Attendance was notable – there were 13,628 selected high-profile visitors.
At the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, from 15 to 17 January 2008, the second Cosmoprof Shanghai will promote fragrances, cosmetics and toiletries, beauty salon and wellbeing products, natural health preparations, professional hair and nail products, packaging, contract manufacturing, POP and merchandising, machinery, raw materials and private label concepts.
