Cargill Beauty has announced Frédéric Niola as its new innovation director.
Frédéric Niola is a chemical engineer with a master of science in chemical engineering. He spent his 25-year career at L’Oréal in France and in the US. He started as process engineer, then occupied various roles in R&D, in the International Raw Materials department. Ten years ago, Frederic moved to purchasing, and was, until now, director in the Global Purchasing department.
