DIY, colour cosmetics and natural on the agenda

Since 2015, in-cosmetics Korea has been attracting exhibitors and visitors to the South Korean capital of Seoul with the aim of benefiting from the country’s worldleading scientific and technological infrastructure.

Such is South Korea’s influence on the personal care industry, that when people want to discover what trends are likely to take hold globally in the next 5 years, they look at what is happening here.

Reed Exhibitions’ in-cosmetics events have been a key element in providing a hub for the personal care industry across the globe, and in-cosmetics Korea is now doing the same, working in tandem with in-cosmetics Asia to deliver the latest advances in ingredient technology to the region. in-cosmetics Korea is the only event dedicated to promoting innovation in personal care ingredients in Korea, and provides 100% free quality education and consumer insights for formulators, R&D and regulatory professionals.

The 2016 in-cosmetics Korea attracted 6,152 unique visitors who travelled to Seoul for the event  – 97% more than in 2015. With the Korean market a hotbed of innovation, the event was particularly popular domestically, with more than 5,300 visitors – an 81% increase – searching for innovative ingredients and seeking out future trends.
