Alba Science has announced the implementation of significant changes to their patch test offer. The changes, which will enhance and streamline the current offer, came about after a process of customer consultation and an internal restructure.
The newly formed patch test team will ensure customers get the best possible service levels with increased flexibility in terms of placing small numbers of products onto a study. The reporting process, now fully integrated into Alba’s in-house ECRF system, will be delivered with greater pace and the format refined to better meet customer needs.
Victor Reynolds, CEO, further explained: “Alba Science has a long history of innovation, not only in the way we carry out studies but also in our ways of working and the bespoke in-house systems we use. Patch Testing is one of our core strengths and, with the help of our customer base, we reviewed how we operate to make sure we are offering the best possible service. The restructure also makes optimal use of all our resources, including our expert staff and extensive volunteer panel, and we look forward to rolling out further updates throughout 2017.”
