Naolys will launch at in-cosmetics 2016 a new and innovative active plant shell: Overnight Enhance [MJ+C], made of a whole native cell of Four O’Clock flower (Mirabilis jalapa), containing not only its own active molecules but also caffeine to get a greater effect on complexion.
First the Naolys active was tested on skin at night, where Overnight Enhance [MJ+C] showed a significant activity on key night time cell mechanisms. It brings to skin an energising effect by increasing the cell metabolism at the mitochondrial level, shown by an in vitro test usually used for pharmaceutical products, a detoxifiing effect by improving the microcirculation and an antioxidant effect by decreasing the lipid peroxidation in free radical chain reactions.
A clinical study on 22 women with an application at night showed an increase of radiance of 72% after 24 hours and of 68% after after 28 days of treatment. All tests were performed with a dispersion containing 20% cells, at a concentration of 0.5%.
Overnight Enhance [MJ+C] is nonallergenic, is preservative free, and can be used in any formulation from skin care to makeup applications.
