Innovation winner to be decided from shortlist

All entries to the first SCS Laura Marshall Memorial Award for the year’s most Innovative Cosmetic Formulation of 2015 have been evaluated by the SCS judging committee and six finalists have been shortlisted. SCS Formulate (17-18 November 2015, Coventry) delegates will help choose the winning formulation.

All visitors on day 1 of the event will be given a token on arrival. The six finalist formulations will be on display in a dedicated area so delegates will get an opportunity to assess the products for themselves before allocating their token to their favourite. The winning formulation will then be announced during the SCS Annual Dinner on the evening of 17 November.

The six finalists for the 2015 SCS Laura Marshall Memorial Award for the most Innovative Cosmetic Formulation are:

  •  Alfa Chemicals: Duo-Pump All-in-One Travel Kit
  •  Aston Chemicals: Silly Stringy Springy Bath Jelly Putty
  •  Azelis UK Life Sciences: Transforming Pearl Blush (loose powder blush containing >72% water)
  • Evonik: Smoothing Air Cushion Foundation
  •  Lehvoss: Moisturising & Refreshing Crackling Spray
