Pre-registration for the ninth edition of the Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) is now open. To be held from 1-3 March, PCHi 2016 will be located at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center.
Online registration closes on 28 February 2016 and industry professionals are encouraged to pre-register (at www.pchi-china.com/en/ Visitors/Visitor-Registration) to enjoy a waiver of the onsite registration fee of RMB200 and to avoid waiting lines at the show.
As an ingredients sourcing platform for the personal care industry, PCHi enables cosmetic scientists and formulators from international personal care and cosmetics companies to uncover new ingredients for their product development needs. With more than 90 professional knowledge-exchange sessions held over the three-day event, attendees enjoy numerous interactive opportunities for sourcing cosmetic ingredients, gaining insight into market trends, and networking with industry experts.
The next edition of PCHi seeks to better serve the needs of the industry by catering to a larger spectrum of cosmetics manufacturers and suppliers through a more comprehensive and varied exhibitors’ line-up.
“We recognse that developing a cosmetic product entails more than just putting together the right ingredients,” Elynn Xu, PCHi project manager, RSE, acknowledged. “With that in mind, we decided that a multi-faceted trade event with a more diverse exhibitor profile would meet the specific and varied needs of domestic and overseas cosmetics and personal care product manufacturers at PCHi more adequately.
Apart from the mainstay ingredients suppliers, the Packaging and Machinery segment that launched in 2013 will be expanded to include companies in the testing and substrate sectors as well.
