The second edition of Formulating Cosmetics and Making Cosmetics delivered an impressive number of visitors from across the cosmetic and personal care sector in Italy.
According to event organisers, Step Exhibitions, 1,055 professionals visited the event during the course of the two days and nearly 200 re-visited the second day, which equated to an overall increase of 50% compared to last year.
Despite over 60 seminars and a round table discussion taking place during the two days of the 2014 event, the organising team are looking to enhance the content for the next edition targeting Italian manufacturers and brand owners, and also new initiatives are being considered that will keep pace with needs of the market.
The third edition of Formulating Cosmetics and Making Cosmetics will take place at the Centro Congressi Milanofiori in Milan on the 24-25 November, and already 62 suppliers have confirmed their participation with plans under way to add more stands to accommodate the high demand.
Formulating Cosmetics together with Making Cosmetics is supported by: SICC (Italian Society of Cosmetic Chemists), MAPIC (raw materials group for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry) and EffCI (European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients).
