CLR Chemisches Laboratorium Dr. Kurt Richter GmbH has been certified as having met the international Social Accountability Standard 8000 (SA8000).
The SA8000 standard is based on a number of existing international human rights' standards including the United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and aims at the improvement of working conditions in the workplace (for all staff members, including temporary workers).
This certification reflects CLR’s concept of social responsibility. The SA8000 certification reinforces the further development of CLR’s integrated management system, consisting of quality management (ISO 9001:2008) and environmental management (ISO 14001).
