BRB International BV is appointing new distributors for its Personal Care portfolio of silicones in France, Italy and Switzerland.
Unipex Solutions, a well established distributor in France, will become BRB's partner for the French market from 1 October while Biophil will cover Italy and Switzerland from 1 September.
“We are very excited to start within a few weeks the cooperation with Unipex Solutions and Biophil. Both partners have a very strong expertise on their respective markets and are very focused on the Personal Care segment. Their product range and philosophy are perfectly matching with our ambition to further grow our presence on those strategic markets with our continuously increasing portfolio of specialty silicones,” said Grégoire Amice, product line manager personal care at BRB Silicones. Personal care is BRB’s main market for silicones; significant efforts and investments have been initiated in the last few years to further grow the company's presence in this industry.
Before this, as of 1 July, BRB Silicones appointed the Azelis Group as its new distributor in various Eastern Europe countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia, Moldova, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina). “With our local Organization and warehouse in Krakow, Poland we already are a significant actor of the silicone market in Poland and an appreciated partner there. Combining this strength with the Azelis implantation in those countries will further support BRB’s growth in those territories and allows Azelis’ customers to have access to BRB’s extensive silicones portfolio,” said Marcin Wasik, general manager of BRB CEE.
