Floratech announced that it has successfully delivered a shipping container full of relief material directly to the area devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
The entire Floratech family collectively coordinated material and logistics directly from its headquarters in Chandler, Arizona, to St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Brick, New Jersey, where the aid was unloaded and distributed.
“The outpouring of generosity shown in support of those impacted by the storm is nothing short of remarkable. To fill an entire shipping container with relief supplies and get it quickly to where it was needed, speaks of this team’s ethic and depth of commitment,” said Steve Brown, Floratech’s president.
“We especially thank the people at the St. Thomas Church in Brick, New Jersey, for distributing it directly to those in their community in greatest need. Together, we were able to make a positive difference in these storm victims’ lives.”
Included in the shipment were bottled water, baby diapers, blankets, non-perishable food, and personal care items.
