Today’s woman is required to juggle work and the day-to-day organisation of family life and has just a few minutes to look after her appearance and stay beautiful, according to the demands of modern society. The development of new “tightening” agents has meant that the skin can be smoothed and lifted quickly and effortlessly.
Structure
The new blend SesaFlash (INCI: Glycerin, Acrylates Copolymer, VP/Polycarbamyl Polyglycol Ester. Hydrolysed Sesame Protein PG-Propyl Methylsilanediol) is an original patented molecular combination that has been selected using a partnership in expertise of pharmaceuticals, polymers and biology. During its development, sensory perception screening tests were performed in the application laboratories in order to select the most relevant molecular combinations (Fig. 1).
The new blend was shown to be the most effective molecular combination: 100% of panelists felt its tightening effect in comparison with a placebo formula containing no active agent (Fig. 2).
Clinical proof of the quick smoothing effect on the skin’s microrelief
The immediate tightening effect of a solution containing 10% new blend diluted in water was studied in a panel of 20 women on their crow’s feet (deep wrinkle zone). Wrinkle-smoothing was evaluated by direct assessment of the skin relief, five and 30 minutes after application (Fig. 3).
