In 2010, Dr. Straetmans is launching a range of new, innovative natural ingredients:
• Symbio solv XC is a natural solubiliser that bridges the gap between natural sourcing and high performance. This ingredient yields transparent solutions with most perfumes and essential oils. It is PEG-free and suitable for certified natural cosmetics.
• Symbio muls WO is a PEG-free W/O-emulsifier blend for conventional and natural cosmetics. Economical and easy to use, it is highly valued for formulating modern cosmetic products and provides a self-preserving effect to the finished product.
• Dermosoft PEA eco (INCI Phenethyl Alcohol) is the first natural, water soluble, pH independent and efficient antimicrobial ingredient that can be used in all kinds of products for perfuming, as a deodorant active and for alternative preservation.
• Dermofeel TEC eco (INCI: Triethyl Citrate) is a deodorant active for natural products. This ingredient prevents malodour formation by blocking bacterial enzymes and is now available for certified natural cosmetics.
