The New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC) has revealed the World of Chemistry conference session line-up for the 2025 edition of Suppliers’ Day next month.
World of Chemistry, a staple of NYSCC Suppliers’ Day, takes place on Tuesday 3 June at the Javits Centre in Manhattan.
Moderated by Personal Care Global magazine editor Tim Probert, World of Chemistry will feature sent presentations from leading experts with a global focus on countries and regions that define the beauty landscape.
First up is Ami Chikatomo of Nagase Viita, who will present 'Why 'inside-outside beauty' is gaining attention in Japan' at the Main Stage (Hall 3E) at 9.20am.
Next is Sarah Jindal of Mintel, who will present ‘2025 Beauty & Personal Care Trends’.
The third presenter is Professor Ardeshir Bayat of the University of Cape Town with ‘Beyond the Barrier: Evolving Frontiers in Dermal Delivery—from Penetration Enhancers to Hydroxysomes’.
Fourth is Provital’s global beauty trends manager Anna Balaguer with ‘Skinification as a Source of Inspiration and Disruption in All the Categories’
After that is Evelyn Su, CEO and co-founder of Sino Lion USA, who will present ‘Sustainable Cleansing Technology with Glutamates and Alaninates'.
The sixth presentation will be given by Diana Pita, Gastón Vizcarra, Henry Albanil and Lorena Cobos of Promperu (Trade Commission of Peru in New York) with ‘The Peruvian Industry of Ingredients for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products’.
The final speaker, scheduled for 11.50am, is Sharon Blinkoff, Counsel, Troutman Pepper Locke LLP, with ‘FDA: What Importers Should Know’.
