French personal care ingredient maker Solabia has moved its headquarters to La Défense business district in Paris and strengthened its US presence with a strategic relocation and expanded team.
Solabia said the move to Liberty Tower in the heart of Europe’s leading business district in La Défense is part of a transformation plan launched in 2022.
La Défense, it said, is a strategic hub offering ideal proximity to our partners and clients, while its headquarters’ modern and inspiring environment brings it “one step closer to our ambition for excellence and innovation while providing an optimal workspace for our teams”.
Solabia has meanwhile moved its US operations from New York City to Parsippany, New Jersey, co-locating with Applechem, which it acquired in 2023.
Under the leadership of new CEO Darren Fritschy, Solabia USA has strengthened its sales team to provide localized support across the US and Canada.
The expanded team includes:

Additionally, the company has introduced a dedicated regional marketing team to enhance brand visibility and strengthen its presence in the US and Canada.
This team includes marketing manager Toussaint Jordan and marketing associate Jalitza Rodriguez.
To accommodate growth, Solabia USA has significantly increased its office space, expanding from 17,800 to 42,000 square feet.
The R&D laboratory will also double in size in 2025, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation.
Furthermore, Solabia will launch a state-of-the-art customer experience centre providing hands-on technical support and training opportunities for customers.
In a related development, Solabia will showcase three active ingredients that contribute to enhancing the perception of ageing at every stage of life at in-cosmetics Global in Amsterdam next month.
Pro-Longevia is an eco-designed ingredient derived from raspberry leaves and co-extracted under subcritical conditions, targets all the hallmarks of ageing to protect the skin’s biological integrity, for a visible improvement of signs of ageing.
Meanwhile Peptiskin is a natural oligopeptide obtained by a PFAs-free process, which targets key processes related to the extracellular matrix and the dermal-epidermal junction, while protecting cells from senescence to improve skin quality and promote healthy living.
Finally, FucoLife GR, is a low molecular weight polysaccharide obtained by white biotechnology, is a multidimensional solution for mature women, tackling the structural and emotional concerns of the skin to rejuvenate their appearance therefore boosting their mood and self-esteem.
Solabia will also launch the Longevity Texture Collection of six formulations addressing the longevity concept.
Solabia is exhibiting at stand 5D60 at the RAI Amsterdam on 8-10 April.
