German cosmetic ingredient developer Cambrium has entered into a strategic partnership with speciality chemical distributor Brenntag.
NovaColl, Cambrium’s micro-molecular and 100% skin-identical vegan collagen, will be available to the beauty & personal care sector in the UK and Ireland, Iberia, France, and Italy.
The biotech ingredient is produced through precision fermentation, resulting in a vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable product.
Its micro-molecular structure allows for powerful effects across skin layers, making it suitable for numerous skincare applications.
By integrating NovaColl into formulations, brands can offer consumers a scientifically advanced solution that supports the skin's natural structure, promoting a more youthful and vibrant appearance.
At the Cosmet'Agora trade fair on 14-15 January in Paris, Brenntag will present NovaColl at booth 111-112, where visitors and customers can learn more about this innovative ingredient.
Brenntag said it anticipates exploring further opportunities with Cambrium to introduce trendsetting products to the market.
