German speciality chemicals maker Lanxess has signed a UK and Ireland distribution deal with Harke.
Harke UK & Ireland, based in Manchester, England, has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of the Cologne-based company’s home and personal care preservatives in those markets.
“Having worked with Lanxess for many years we know very well the outstanding quality, service and innovation they bring to market and we are excited to now expand this long standing relationship into our personal and home care portfolio,” said Harke UK & Ireland sales director Andrew Ellwood.
“We believe in combination with Harke UK & Ireland’s technical and formulation services we will now be able to offer an unparalleled comprehensive preservative systems package to our customer base,” he added.
