US personal care ingredient maker Biova has promoted Amanda Jepson from vice president of business development to company president.
In her new role, Jepson will lead the Johnston, Iowa outfit in its strategic initiatives and oversee its operations across all departments.
Jepson holds a MBA from Saint Martin’s University, Washington and brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the supplement & skin care industries to her new position.
Since joining Biova in 2017, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the company's vision and goals, the company said.
She has been instrumental in driving growth and expanding Biova's market presence, it added.
Jepson said: “I look forward to working closely with our team to continue to drive growth and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.”
