Equipment maker ProSys Fill is highlighting the TN 30 hot melt filler, said to be a cost-effective and compact system ideal for cosmetic and personal care start-ups or research and development.
Operating at a machine cycle rate of 30 parts per minute, the TN 30 is a great choice for a wide array of cosmetic and personal care products, including sunscreen, face scrub, and hand cream.
The TN 30 can also be used for filling candles or tea lights.
“The TN 30 offers a fast return on investment. It features a manual loading station, which can be easily upgraded to automate additional production,” said a ProSys Fill spokeswoman.
