Estée Lauder is to present the inaugural Brkthru Voices prize that recognises pioneering innovation at the in-cosmetics Global trade show in Paris.
The winner will receive a $10,000 grant, access to the Estée Lauder New Incubation Ventures (NIV) mentorship programme, as well as use of the NIV Network.
Five finalists will be announced at 15:30 CET on 18 April in the Formulation Lab at the Porte de Versailles expo centre.
The award celebrates pioneers in four areas: clinical breakthroughs, product innovation, ingredient innovation, and active derms.
“Breakthrough innovation has always been a central pillar for The Estée Lauder Companies,” said Estée Lauder NIV senior vice-president Shana Randhava (pictured).
“To celebrate this commitment to groundbreaking ideas, New Incubation Ventures seeks to champion the next generation of inventors, scientists, and doctors showcasing breakthrough solutions at in-cosmetics Global 2024 in Paris,” she added.
