Tim Probert (TP): Mintel’s Global Beauty and Personal Care Trends report identifies ‘NeuroGlow’, ‘Beaut-AI’, ‘Sophisticated Simplicity’ as being big this year. What are these trends?

KinShen Chan (KSC): ‘Sophisticated Simplicity’ is tied in with the cost of living crisis and how consumers define value. As consumers become more learned about products, they have started to realise that they need to look beyond just ingredients.
