The Induchem Group has introduced a new bioactive complex called Uniprotect PT-3. The ingredient is based on synergistic optimisation of combining panthenyl triacetate (PTA) and ethyl linoleate.
Uniprotect PT-3 repairs oxidised proteins by up-regulating enzymes such as thioredoxin, glutathione reductase and methionine sulfoxide reductase A and B2. Uniprotect PT-3 stimulates natural protein protection by up-regulating reductases, thus preventing long-term photoageing effects such as age spots, elastosis and wrinkles.
