Solid format bases and natural ingredient manufacturer Stephenson has made a trio of new appointments together with a series of internal promotions following a period of growth.
Emilie Stelling, Joel Green and Debargha Ganguly have joined the Yorkshire-based manufacturer following a successful year for the Leeds, UK business.
Stelling (pictured, middle) has joined as an account manager having spent the past six years working in the chemical industry for Vickers Laboratories. Her role will involve client servicing across 80 client accounts in the UK and internationally.
Green (pictured, left) also joins as an account manager and was previously with SGL Ltd. His key focus will be client liaison and driving sales from existing and new customers.
As business development manager, Ganguly’s (pictured, right) remit involves growing existing accounts and winning new business across key territories including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
All three new recruits will work very closely with Paul Pickering, global head of sales at Stephenson.
A number of internal promotions have also taken place with Martin Blanchard promoted from sales executive to business development manager and Kenzie Milner promoted to account manager.
Shaun Warrington and Jordanne Vine have both been promoted to sales managers.
“The new recruits have joined at an exciting time and all have a major role to play as we look to grow exponentially providing a first-class service to our global client base, increasing our presence in new territories and further boosting our international profile,” said Stephenson CEO Jamie Bentley.
“Through continued innovation and a commitment to sustainability, combined with attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry, we remain dedicated to developing speciality solid format bases, quality natural ingredients and products for a range of applications to suit the growing needs of the global personal care market,” he added.
