Canadian speciality silicones manufacturer Siltech has held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a new production facility in Ontario.
Projected to be completed at the end of 2024, the company’s third facility is being built in Fort Erie near the US border.
The manufacturing plant will more than double the current capacity from Siltech’s Toronto and Mississauga plants.
Across the Niagara River from Buffalo, this modern facility will have a steady supply of largely non-petroleum energy from Ontario utilities.
Siltech is a privately held, Toronto based specialty silicone manufacturer with global reach and over 35 years of experience.
