US firm Ultra Chemical has promoted Laura Anderson to the role of sales manager for North America.
In this role, Anderson will help to guide and mentor the sales team, create sales plans and goals, evaluate sales territories, and continue to build out the team.
“Laura is an asset for our team and a key part of Ultra’s success” states Jim Lynch, VP of worldwide sales. “She is a hard worker who brings enthusiasm to both our team and customers and is well deserving of this promotion.”
Anderson joined the New Jersey company in 2013 as a technical sales representative for the southeast and brings with her 12 years of experience in the personal care industry. Prior to Ultra Chemical she was with L’Oreal.
Anderson holds expertise in chemistry along with a focus on personal care skin care active ingredients. She attended graduate school at The University of Southern Mississippi focusing in polymer science and her undergraduate studies at Rollins College, graduating with a degree in chemistry.
Anderson is also an active member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.
