French manufacturer Solabia has unveiled five products - active ingredients and extracts – for skin care applications in personal care.
The new products include SeaLight, an active ingredient rich in sulfated arabinogalactans contained exclusively in Codium fragile seaweed.
Solabia said SeaLight targets the “three major concerns of the eye contour area”: dark circles, puffiness and crow's feet wrinkles.
The Paris-based company has also launched NeoGlow, an epidermal renewal active ingredient derived from kale sourced from an organic cooperative in Brittany.
NeoGlow is said to offer a “gentle and respectful organic exfoliation for dry and sensitive skin” by stimulating the natural enzymes of desquamation while limiting inflammation.
Solabia is also offering three new plant-based extracts to boost skin radiance.
Glycerolat, made using papaya, is an aqueous extract stabilized in vegetable glycerin in order to adapt to all galenics.
Oleat OSUN, made using lily, is a liposoluble extract obtained by extraction with organic sunflower oil from France.
Solabia has also developed Jasmine Water, an aqueous extract obtained by hydrodistillation.
